Excess deposition of silica is due to increased erosion , and increased erosion is due to large scale deforestation. Can't we minimise it? Is not human caused disaster?

Koshi is the 2nd ranked river carrying largest amount of Silica and Mud with her. Due to which there is regular deposition of Silica in the river bed for which the river changes its course time to time. Do you find any human error or Attrocites in this?

Re
This time the flood that is caused is not because of silica deposition, but it is because breakage of a barrage at Nepal border as it was not repaired time to time.Don't you think it is because of human negligence?

Re
Due to heavy deposition of silica in the river bed the level of river bed increased & hence the water started flowing at higher level than the design of barrage. The pressure of river water increased tremendiously & the point where it found weak barrage it broke it and started flowing through new course. How can a man stop a river carrying silica with it ?
